The bread is almost always stale, the food is often given to the wrong person, and the sandwiches are NEVER made correctly unless you stand there and micromanage every step. It happens literally every single time. I usually don’t make a big deal out of it, but tonight my order was handed to the wrong people (thankfully they were coming back to my house anyway). On top of that, two of the three sandwiches weren’t even touched because of stale bread and being made incorrectly and we didn’t get any of the cookies we had ordered. They blamed this all on first shift. I know this review probably won’t matter to the store, but I won’t be back. From now on, I’ll drive right past this location and all the way to Seneca instead. Thank you for ruining our dinner once again. Please clean house or take the time to retrain your staff. From your most recent reviews, it is very clear that this happens often. So there is clearly a problem here.
