  Well I couldn't even get food in the first place so I can't even give you 0 stars but if I could I would. Can we walked in and older woman was at the counter she didn't even acknowledge us for 10 minutes and then on top of that she was changing out stuff to not change her gloves and because he didn't change her gloves when she asked what we were ordering I didn't get anything because I'm allergic to the onions and she was touching onions which is cross contamination which could have killed me if I tried to order something plain and simple.

  I stopped there an brought me a sub an it was fix the way I wanted it an they put a lot of what you want on the Sub.

  Literally only leaving one star because it makes me. Anyway. Subway can we do better? Like seriously. I've been in this location a few times over the past 2 years or so. Not once has it been friendly customer service. Today I went in, there was an older white lady slicing meat and prepping food, okay cool. I used to work for Subway so I get it. However, she turns her head to look at me but doesn't speak and goes back to what she was doing. Then a black lady walks out who Im told goes by Erica. Again, looks at me but says nothing. Just starts talking to another customer from Circle K. After about 5 minutes if standing here waiting I finally look towards Erica and asked if the store was even open. She got a nasty attitude and says Im not even on the clock. Well, thats not what I asked. After she clocked in she walked around complaining very loud that she needs to pay her rent and she doesn't know why shes scheduled to work this shift and not a later one because now she might just have to close the store in order to go pay her rent.. everytime i have been in there when shes working she is always so nasty to everyone. A lady was using her ebt card once and Erica had to make sure the whole store heard her say that she lady was using a food stamp card.. its ridiculous, rude and definitely against any type of customer service that Ive ever been trained to provide. I see other comments and reviews speaking on the same matter. It may be time for new employees... I will say that after the lady who was originally prepping food, finally came to make my sandwich, she did okay..the toaster oven was down and she walked away in the middle of the transaction but her attitude wasnt as bad as the other

  I do not ever eat at subway anymore. Everytime I have in the past I have gotten horribly sick. Don't know if they don't keep their product cold enjoy or it stays out to long or what the deal is. Now when I even smell subway I swear my face turns green. 🤢
