I place an additional order for the fries. When I arrived they couldn't find my order. I had to give them my order number. Asked if they had the peach sauce. I didn't ask for it to be free, I was willing to pay for it. The manager was very rude. The young lady that waited on me, she was very apologetic for her manager's behavior. I told the manager that y'all young people is so disrespectfu! The evening atmosphere is totally different from the mornings. I've come in on the morning shift. They are so professional, very nice. When I got home, the sandwich was hard and old. It wasn't freshly made at all. I had to contact by email because the customer service for the franchise said that this location is no longer under them. Very sad! I have not heard back since I sent the message.
