  Great fresh food, a great fast food environment, im not big on sitting down at fast food restaurants but have enjoyed stopping in here for a quick dinner.

  One of the worst run fast food locations I have ever been to. The food itself is usually decent when they actually have the ingredients to make it, but that is a big “when.” I have gone there multiple times only to be told they were out of basic menu items. Not something unusual or seasonal. Core items. I have been there when they were out of beef patties. Other times they were out of chicken. I have even been told they were out of bacon. At a burger place. It is honestly baffling how often they seem to run out of the most basic things they are supposed to serve. The inside of the restaurant is not much better. When you walk up to the counter the floors are often slick with grease, which is both unpleasant and a little concerning. The tables are usually dirty, as if no one has wiped them down in a while. It gives the whole place a neglected feel that makes you question how closely anything is being managed. The overall atmosphere can also feel uncomfortable. I have personally heard loud arguments between management and staff while customers were standing there waiting for their food. That kind of thing should never be happening in front of customers. It comes across as extremely unprofessional and just adds to the sense that the place is poorly run. Then there is the ketchup situation, which is somehow consistently bad every single time. The ketchup dispenser is almost never filled. When you ask for ketchup they hand you a single packet as if that is supposed to be enough. Maybe it would be, if the fries were actually filled properly, but most of the time the fries look like they stopped halfway through the scoop. The only reason this is not a one star review is because on rare occasions they actually get things right. Sometimes the food is hot, the order is correct, and everything goes smoothly. Unfortunately those visits feel like the exception rather than the rule. And somehow, even on the good days, the ketchup dispenser still manages to be empty.

  Food was not hot. Appears it was sitting in a warming tray. They used to make burgers to order. Those days are long gone.

  They have some kind of excuse every night around 11:30 why they can't take a order. The first two times it was they weren't taking any orders after 11:30 except for Uber orders. Then the next time it was our system is rebooting.

  Hours are listed until 1am, but rudely told at 11:30 that they are "Doordash and Uber Eats only"
