  Me and my family went into the travelers Rest location at 7:30 pm to order chili and the lady at the register said they didn’t have any chili. I asked was they going to make anymore her reply was no that they didn’t have the stuff to make it. This is totally unacceptable they had to many people doing absolutely nothing except for talking. It took extremely too long for the little bit of food we got.I didn’t even as much get I am sorry or an apology. I feel like they were just to lazy to make it because they didn’t want the cleanup. They also need to learn how to do your coupons that are for Halloween they couldn’t even do that correctly. It totally stated on there the kids meal is $1.99 with any purchase the manager could not even figure it out. The manager just wanted to give me a $1.99 back. Looks like he needs to go back thru training and demoted if he can’t do a simple task as this. The lady at the register couldn’t even do it seems like to me she didn’t get the correct training she needs to run the register.Looks like Wendys need to get a new trainer considering neither one of them new how to do your coupons.This location is really going down the tube fast . The only nice person there was Hanishia the lady at the register. The rest of your people that I came in contact with were rude the manager and the the black girl with the blonde hair. I hope corporate office gets this store under control or those people working there will be looking for another job. I looked at this location’s reviews and they were all bad . I want be back to this location and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this location because of the poor customer service there.

  How do you run out of straws? Why can't they ever get the orders correct? I will get home to find out they've left something out. This is why I check it every time before I leave. I don't see how in God's creation they're still open. When you go in, they look at you as if you're a problem walking through the door, as they roll their eyes as you walk in. They argue over who is going to help you. The unlucky one smirks as they approach the front counter. You'd better be ready to order and do it fast. You are on their time, and they're not happy. You take a moment to look at the menu. 95% of them are entitled kids who are simply there to get paid and not work. As for the store and most of the employees' hygiene, it's a joke. I've never been in the store and seen anyone wearing hairnets or gloves. I will admit the cook does have rubber gloves on that more than likely haven't been changed all night. This is the it's late and you don't won't Waffle House let's take a chance type of place.

  Horrible. Everytime I go to get a baconator and say no mayo, they miss the no mayo part.😂 I got a water and a burger. They rang me up for a combo then got my order wrong and when I come to get it fixed ol girl is outside in the phone. I know it’s a low paying job, but it’s a low effort job too. I worked fast food faithfully and it wasn’t that difficult to take instructions and show the bare minimum to give adequate results🤦‍♂️

  Placed a online order. Not only did they not have all my order together. The baked potato was like a rock and so shriveled up it was not fit to eat. Asked for light mayo. My burger had enough mayo on to fix 4 burgers with. The staff was rude and unprofessional. My advice is hire ppl that want to work not just be there to get a paycheck.
