Just recently I did my order online so that once I got to the store it’d be done and I could continue my way to work so I wouldn’t be late. I arrived to pick up and still stood in line for another 20 mins waiting on the simplest order that I had also put in 20 mins prior to me waiting in the store itself for 20 mins. I’ve come through the drive through and only gotten a tea and fries and have had to sit and wait for 30 mins just to get that. This place is horrible nobody really cares about their job or the customers. Just close it down at this point. Half the time they can’t even get the orders right much less actually be a FAST food restaurant, nothing is fast about this place at all. Recently got a frappe and they didn’t even bother to blend the ice and decided they were gonna give me full ice cubes in my frappe. If I wanted an iced coffee id go somewhere else, I came there just for a frappe and they still couldn’t even do that right. What kind of management do yall have there cause they’re definitely not doing their job along with everyone else under them. Not going to the location anymore. I’d rather drive 15-20 mins out the way to a further location than come to this one.
