  just left the McDonalds in Travelers Rest. absolutely the worst customer service I have received!!! the cashier mumbled something… acted like she was upset that we didn’t order on the kiosk and then was not happy we paid in cash and she had to make change.our order came up and I said we ordered a chocolate milkshake and she pointed to the vanilla milkshake and said there it is. I took a drink and it was clearly vanilla. Took it back in and they said we told you we were out of chocolate that’s the best we can do! we said ok just refund us the money and they were very upset!! Ridiculous!!! Young children have no business working with the public if they can’t give better service that!!!

  Saw an employee get yelled at for trying to step away to use the bathroom, shouldn’t treat your employees like that.

  Everytime I come, the drive thru line takes 30 minutes. It shouldn’t take that long to microwave food….

  (Disclaimer I’m not attacking any employee or worker at this restaurant) this morning me and my fiancé put in a mobile order at 9:30am arrived to the store at 9:45am the drive thru was long and a little slow no biggy it’s a Saturday morning during breakfast rush when we arrived to the window we received the wrong receipt didn’t think anything of it maybe a mess up we got to the second window she pulled us to parking spot 2 to wait 5 minutes into waiting my fiancé entered the store to explain the receipt mixup to make sure we received our correct order he was in there at the front lobby for 15 minutes I got impatient in the car because our baby was waking up so I took me and our son inside to realize the whole time he hadn’t talked to any employee just waiting to the lobby was full everyone looked to be not in the best spirits and was conversation about there food and wait time my fiance was talking to a lady next to us who also had a mobile order and had been sitting there for 25 minutes and still hadn’t received her food and the employees where unsure where her order went when we spoke the lady working upfront you could tell she was overwhelmed and explained she recalled our ticket to the kitchen but that she was unsure of what happen to our order and food but that she had to take the lady behind us order so we stepped aside. We proceeded to sit at a table and wait for another 15 minutes for them to hand us our food I looked over to realize before leaving we where messing two hashbrowns and a mcchicken McGriddle (we ordered two keep in mind) my fiance explained we also had drinks with it and the lady rolled her eyes and huffed and walked away to get them he proceeded to tell her we where also missing xyz food items she brought us our coffees which I had to add ice to because they where not full and handed him a empty cup for his tea then without a bag handed him the McGriddle as well as the two hashbrowns with out a bag mind you the lady before us was still waiting on her mobile order as well still after we finally get everything and get home we ended up receiving a mcchicken biscuit instead of a McGriddle without silverware or butter/syrup for my hotcakes and the day before we ordered delivery via app and my hotcakes with bacon was sausage I didn’t care because we have a two month baby food is good especially if I don’t have to cook it. I KNOW Angela takes pride in her store and does her best to maintain it and her orders/customers I could even hear her in the back on the table trying to get everything catches up so no hate to her I just feel as if the whole thing could have been taken care of differently and more properly I understand it was a rush but when i worked in fast food it was always accuracy and understanding over everything we ended up leaving the store at 10:30am it took almost a hour just for us to receive our food and drinks breakfast is over by 10:30 so as you can assume the food was not fresh or warm just warmed enough from the heaters
