- GBGVille Boyz2 days ago2.0I have given this particular McDonald's a chance I truly have I've gone back after saying I wouldn't go back just to give it another chance to tell you that your customer service at this particular store is not good there's no other way to word it it just is not good the customer service is terrible people are rude they get attitude with you they ignore you because the counter is so far away from the back of the store and the way the kiosks are set up now half the time the people working don't even come to the front to check on people so you'll get loads of people just standing there waiting and then when they come up there they have an attitude in the Drive-Thru my pet peeve with this store specifically is how people will give you your food and your drinks and not even look at you not say thank you in return or have a nice day or anything they literally just hand you your food while looking away it's a common thing that me and other people have noticed about the specific store there are a few people that stand out with their customer service because of these things I wish I knew their name so I can say specifically these people are good workers but overall the customer service skills just are not there.

Called and the first person to answer hung up. The next person when I called didn't offer anything just apologize and I quote" they must have miss counted." Are we that far gone that the excuse of my employees can't count to ten is acceptable.

For a group of grown adults running this place it was very disorganized and the people were circling around one another like they were lost. It was dirty, the employees hardly paid you any attention to fix an issue with the order and there was no sweet tea or chance of getting it filled. Very unlikely to ever return here.
