They don’t pay attention to the order so get that wrong and they don’t understand how to mark the different drinks. I hope none of them intend to work in a difficult sector of employment.

I always have a great experience at this Arby's. The food is great. They have a wide variety of menu items. Staff is friendly & helpful. The store is the cleanest 1 in this area. I live 2 blocks from an Arby's near downtown Greenville & pass it every time to drive to the Travelers Rest location. Keep up the good work guys.

Ordered food through the app to be picked up. Get to the window & everything seemed fine. I politely said my name that was on the order. She didn’t smile, no common courtesy.
Asked for some extra Arby’s sauce & the young girl with purple hair rolled her eyes, giving us a guilt trip like it was a lot of trouble to get extra packets. Just very rude.
If this continues, this location will quickly go down hill.
We always go to this location about once a week to every 2 weeks. Hopefully this gets better.
