  Friday last week at 9:30 my boyfriend and I ordered two drinks . They were acting rude and uninterested like they were trying to close…. but it was 30 minutes before closing. I drank my drink then soon went to bed. In the morning I profusely vomited my drink. I’ve continued to vomit for three more days now which has never happened to me in my life. I am afraid they put something in my drink and caused me food poisoning. Just be aware, won’t be coming back here.

  I thought we'd try Sonic today and get a cheeseburger but it was not to be. Two problems, both corporate related, and so it didn't happen. I pulled up to the carhop display but built my order on the app. And wow, they don't have an option to exclude the bun. But okay, I can just pull the bun off and not worry about losing ketosis. Second, they don't accept Discover on Google Pay. I have no idea why my internet bank switched my debit card from Mastercard to Discover but they did and it means that if I don't want Mrs. K. to know what I'm spending money on, I can't do it. Sadly, I never completed my order. But I can say that the parking area is clean, the machine functioned well and the place seemed welcoming.

  I stopped by Sonic hoping for something quick and simple, and the experience was honestly disappointing. The customer service felt completely uninterested — no greeting, no energy, and I waited far longer than I should have just to place an order. To make it worse, the ice cream machine was down again, which seems to be a recurring issue at this location. If you’re going to advertise shakes and ice cream as a big part of the menu, the machine shouldn’t be out of service this often. Overall, not the experience I expect from Sonic. Definitely needs improvement
