I thought we'd try Sonic today and get a cheeseburger but it was not to be. Two problems, both corporate related, and so it didn't happen. I pulled up to the carhop display but built my order on the app. And wow, they don't have an option to exclude the bun. But okay, I can just pull the bun off and not worry about losing ketosis. Second, they don't accept Discover on Google Pay. I have no idea why my internet bank switched my debit card from Mastercard to Discover but they did and it means that if I don't want Mrs. K. to know what I'm spending money on, I can't do it.
Sadly, I never completed my order. But I can say that the parking area is clean, the machine functioned well and the place seemed welcoming.
I stopped by Sonic hoping for something quick and simple, and the experience was honestly disappointing. The customer service felt completely uninterested — no greeting, no energy, and I waited far longer than I should have just to place an order. To make it worse, the ice cream machine was down again, which seems to be a recurring issue at this location. If you’re going to advertise shakes and ice cream as a big part of the menu, the machine shouldn’t be out of service this often.
Overall, not the experience I expect from Sonic. Definitely needs improvement

I ordered a BLT with tots & a pretzel smash burger with onion rings today & my tots were fried hard, there was one piece of bacon in my smash burger, the bread was radiated and rubbery & it looked like 2 pieces of bacon cut in half on my BLT. I was about to ask for a refund but one of your staff members named Landon came out and his customer service was amazing! I explained my dissatisfaction and he immediately asked me what I would like instead. No attitude. No rushing. He apologized and understood my frustration. He is the only reason I’m even giving any stars. I would only come back to this place if Landon is the new management! Thank you Landon! :)

Love their food, but this location is the worst in service and atmosphere. They need new management, new training. Hot dog and diet coke took 30 minutes thru drive thru. Only one car in front. I have been here 7 times and now my last. So sad!
This particular location has frequent troubles with their online system and drivers will arrive, wait in line for 15 minutes, and then be told the online order doesn't exist. This puts the food order in the delivery app in perpetual purgatory as more and more drivers go through the same process. The restaurant confirms the order, but will not cancel it, so it remains open until it times out in the app, holding your money hostage so you cannot order from a different location or restaurant.
