  When you walk in you aren’t greeted nicely, the older lady at the front counter always greets you with a rude attitude and rolls her eyes constantly while you are trying to speak! This is my second time coming in and being greeted this way!

  La persona que me atendió fue muy grosera cuando le estaba pidiendo mi orden le pregunté por los precios y me dijo que yo tenía que decirle cual quería antes de decirme los precios y su humor era muy malo se miraba con mal genio. La pizza está muy buena la señora es el único problema.

  Placed a order on 12-13-25 gentleman told me 15-25 mins so I get there and knew I would have to wait bc it had only been 5 mins (was at the red light) walked in first they had my order under a totally different name but received my pizza when I walked in again maybe 5 mins later then when she handed it to me I told her I ordered large that was not a large she was VERY RUDE with me so I just took it didn’t want anything done to my food. Ate it around 3 pm by 9 pm I was sick as a dog both ends, called them to see if anyone else had been sick and the gentleman that answered laughed and hung up on me. So today I have been calling since 11 am to let them know and I keep being sent to what they say is the call center but when you call they ask pick up or delivery. I ask for a manager they can’t help me told me I would have to just keep calling back.. did anyone else get sick from pizza there last night? I’m also reporting this to dhec

  Ordered online and when I arrived at around 2:30pm on 12/8/25 I definitely was not met with a smile, instead I felt like I was inconveniencing the lady that had to come to the cash register. After paying for my food I took it to my truck and realized they forgot the extra side of marinara I ordered, which I figured I could just go in and let them know it was missing and they’d simply grab one and I’d be on my way. However, the lady tried to tell me it wasn’t on my order, I tried showing her the order I made online and at first she ignored that and wanted to insist on asking me my name so she could look it up on the computer, (even though I was showing her the exact order I had just paid for), but when pulling my name up didn’t seem to work she glanced at my phone and then finally went back and grabbed me a cold marinara sauce and handed it to me. The food they make is delicious but the service is at a level where it makes you not want to order from this location again. Now that I’ve had this experience I can definitely recommend that the business provide customer service training so their staff does not continue to treat customers in this manner

  Had placed an order through too good too go app to pick up surprise pizzas and sides. The lady working at 9PM Wednesday night on 11/19/25 was extremely rude and disrespectful. I showed her the order for the food through the app and the receipt. She smuggly said, "you need to have an order before I give you anything." After showing her the receipt. She was rude and disrespectful in front of my son saying next time order food before attempting to get food.
