Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea® and all the classic Southern fixin’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All your favorites are only a tap away with the Bojangles app, whether you’re craving chicken tenders, a chicken biscuit or a family meal with a whole lot of everything for everyone.
Cold chicken and rice. Cold, hard biscuits. All tables dirty and floor was filthy. Visited at 5pm. Mgr agreed to make chicken over... Place was empty so they could easily have an employee wipe down tables and sweep the floor.
Not a good experience.

I stop here often because I live nearby and pass every day. I rarely leave reviews, but at this point I can confidently say that if they ever get my order right, I’ll buy a lottery ticket. No sauce, terrible sweet tea, hard food, and items missing almost every time if the order is even correct to begin with. Lots of problems, it seems.
Good management prevents this kind of thing, just look at Culver’s or Chick-fil-A. Their managers take responsibility, support their crew, and make sure issues get fixed. Here, everything is pushed onto the crew while the managers blame anyone but themselves. It really shows when you pay attention.
Luckily I’m not picky, so it’s still worth it to avoid driving all the way to Greer.

Ok so.. the food is pretty consistent and good. But this location had one specific server (Frank) that was absolutely the best and made me feel so good after a hard day.
While the food is fairly consistent, there were other people that were super dismissive (one of them a manager that was female, wish I remembered her name). But Frank literally made me want to come back here every time.
So food is great, service is questionable depending on who works. That's probably most places.
Root for Frank to get a raise even if he isn't a manager!
P.s. hey owner... your review average was way higher like a week ago. I think the service affects that a lot. It takes a lot to get a great team, I fully understand. Keep going. You are new. But pay attention to reviews on good people - this is where you make or break it
