Can't review the food because I never got any! Went in around 11AM...they open at 10:45AM. There was someone in front of me waiting for a large pickup order that 2 employees were working on. There were at least 4 other employees on duty. The lady in front of me left to go to the rest room. No one ever acknowledged me. Finally one person asked me my name. I told them I hadn't ordered yet. She goes, Oh, Ok, turns around and walks off. After about 5 minutes I just left.
It must be nice to feel so confident to think you are going to succeed with already having a 3.5 rating and you haven't even been open a month and still feel you can just let business walk out the door.
Ate here recently for dinner with friends, it was horrible. Small portions, food was cold and been sitting out too long. Food bins were a mess with other food spilled in different bins.
I'll never return.

This chipotle, is getting bad, dirty, garbage all in the floor, they serve súper small portions. I was happy to have a chipotle close by, I prefer wade Hampton or Haywood.

This place was a disaster zone tonight. Not sure what happened, but if a food inspector had been on site, they would have been shut down instantly. Staff were running around to fill drive through and app orders.
In the process, food was getting slung all over the place. White rice was spooned up into bowls so quickly that big chunks ended up in the brown rice. Chicken and steak ended up in each other’s bins and then being served that way. Cross-contamination everywhere!
In my opinion, this place needs a management and staff makeover. Food was old and cold. The steak pieces in our friend’s bowl were more gristle than edible steak. The queso was so old that it was just cold glop. Many of the options were not available because nobody had made them.
My wife and I were SO disgusted that we just decided to share some chips and guacamole while our friends ate — they were all unhappy with their meals. I asked for some salt and none was available.
Bottom line? I will never go back here. If you do mobile or drive through orders here, i would be very concerned.
I’d like to share my experience at this new restaurant that recently opened. I stopped by today around 10:00 PM. After walking in, I waited about 3 to 5 minutes to be served; when the woman at the front counter finally noticed me, the very first thing she asked was whether I was a delivery driver or coming from a food delivery app—not even a "hello" or "welcome," nothing cordial at all, to be honest. Despite that initial interaction, the woman was patient while taking my order; however, I do think the establishment should provide labels for each product to identify what everything is, which would make things easier for both the customers and the staff. After paying for my order and leaving the restaurant, I realized that barely two minutes had passed, yet the burrito I had ordered was already completely cold; furthermore, I ordered some chips, and they were soggy.
