  Can't go out of state without an order of BO rounds. They don't have Bojangles before I go in Kentucky 😢

  Didn't see my order until I arrived, even though the app has an "I'm on my way" button that I pressed the moment I left my driveway.

  Took 15 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. Had me pull forward to wait and then brought out my food forgot my drink and no napkins! Costumer service has gone out the window everywhere it's sad!

  Manager is RUDE!!!! Tried to go through the drive through today and the robot machine to take your order couldn’t understand our order so we pulled to the window. The lady was going to take our order until the manager walked up and said we had to go back through and wait in line again and order through the robot… Huh?? We even explained to the manager the robot wouldn’t take our order. My husband has a thick southern accent so it doesn’t understand him. So we ended up just leaving. Manager needs to learn costumer service. Plain RUDE.

  Food is good. Pretty sure they get a tax break for the employees here. And the wait time is out of control. There are 5 cars parked next to me waiting for food.
