  Clarified my order over the intercom twice and at the window once. When we got our order, they'd left in the items I'd asked to be removed and charged me for them. We were in a hurry so I didn't take anymore time to argue, but that was very frustrating. I hope it's a one time occurrence.

  Bojangles has The BEST biscuits. They are better than all the other fast food restaurants we’ve tried and even better than those in many non-fast food restaurants. We really like the steak and egg biscuits. At this location, we received very good service, and the dining room and what I could see of the kitchen were clean. (I didn’t visit the restroom, so I can’t comment on that.)

  The Entire shift at Bojangles is a well oiled machine! Sammi Dylan Christy Carson Vern & Elliot all came together to make my families very complicated order (Correctly). My Entire Family was hungry and had zero complaints on missing food once making it home. I had to write this review because of how concerned they were to get it right the first time. Thanks Ladies & Gents WELL DONE 💯🫡

  I get biscuits every Wednesday for customers when they come in. I used to go to Hardee's but the last time I went I was told " I don't have biscuits", and just how rude the people are there. So then I went to Bojangles and was treated like a customer is supposed to be treated. I will never go back to that Hardee's. Bojangles is cleaner, fast service, friendly, and just better biscuits. See yall next Wednesday 😁
