Unfortunately, one of the employees informed me that the new manager had decided not to accept any Subway coupons at their location. I had always assumed that Subway was a franchise restaurant that strictly adhered to its promotions and coupons, which are available to the public. However, it seems that this particular Subway restaurant and its owner are deviating from the franchise policies and procedures, which is disappointing. As a result, I will not be using this Subway restaurant, until they comply with the franchise’s policies and offer the same promotions that are available in all Subway restaurants.
