I understand I'm supposed to come in to pick up delivery orders, but it would be nice if you UNLOCK THE DOORS. Doubling down on your arrogance isn't professional.

He went out of his way to yell at a mom and a five year old girl to stop running in the store when she was not running at ALL! It caught me,my husband and the mom off guard because the tone was so nasty. He then moved on to verbally attack two teen boys that were holding a plastic toddler shovels. Again yelling at them to stop swinging them around but again they were not. I am going to go full KAREN (sorry nice Karens) to get him fired!!!
