- FFFred FNov 21, 20251.0The manager at this location needs to lose the attitude and figure out what her staff is doing before she jumps down people's throats. I came here to pick up a delivery orde. The doors to the lobby were locked so I went to the drive-thru. The manager tells me that I need to come in next time to pick it up. I told her that the lobby doors were locked. Rather than just apologize and hand me the order, she tells me the same thing over again. How about do your job and make sure the doors are unlocked. I'm not magical. I cannot go through locked doors.

Here I am standing in line once more and they forgot my large hot coffee while I'm standing right here in front of them. Save your money. Go to a different location!!!!!!!!!
