- JBJanelle BurressApr 2, 20261.0Taco Bell in this town is a hit and miss , so we go to different locations when we want taco bell . Recently this last visit here , the lady give us a paper to sign before even getting our food and after getting our food, we went and parked to check it. We were missing half of our food . And then my husband went in there and they were just standing around and on their phones while he was waiting to be acknowledge. Then when we get the rest of our food, theirs hardly any in it , aka the large fries . New management needed, and employees.

I think it’s worth driving to the down town location if you really want taco bell, because they are a little better. The parking lot was empty, the store had no customers, and yet the drive thru worker didn't seem to know his job even though i told him correct information about the item I was ordering. Instead of checking to see if I was correct, he just decided to argue (politely) about it. Not ask someone that knows their job a little better. Look, you have no customers, you cant afford to lose anymore. Taco bell is no longer the affordable place to eat. For the quality of the food, they really need to try to price their food accordingly.
