Everytime I go here, they don't get my order right, the drive thru is so long and don't get the chili beans, it was 90% chili broth.
If you still go, at least double check your orders before you leave.

I ate at this location 3 times since it opened. I cannot recommend it. The staff were friendly, but clearly inexperienced. I blame the owner /corporate / general manager for not training the staff properly. They were unfamiliar with the POS system enough to post-void an order after they discovered an item to be out of stock. The food was only fresh one time, with visibly old vegetables in both my salad I got. The facility already shows signs of improper cleaning, and the floors/condiments were out of multiple items. The frosties are a bit runny as well. Overall, friendly staff, new facility, poorly trained/executed location.

5 out of 5 people got sick after we ate there. The lady was beyond rude when asked a simple question. Somehow our bill came to 73!!! when asked why she said those meals cost a lot. Turns out she had double baconators instead of cheeseburgers and added a meal to it. I admit we should have just driven away, but I figured it was on us and didn't want to do that. Another place in sumter that sucks.

First time going through this Wendy's.
New store.
Was told to pull up it would be right out.
After 20 minutes I go to check on my food.
Customer service is a thing of the past.
DO NOT STOP HERE ON YOUR WAY TO WORK.
You will be late
Like I said first time at this Wendy's. I will not be back
Took about 30 mins altogether.. .. for "fast food"

The front dine in cashier was wearing a blue bandanna she was sooo RUDE and ratchet she kept saying she’s quitting and everything is out as if the customer would know already she was constantly rolling her eyes and making faces to customers! She definitely makes a very unfriendly and UNwelcoming environment! Pointing cursing and carrying on very bad. Please hire new people at this Wendy’s it is SUCH A beautiful location but it’s just needs the right employees! My burger was wrong and I waited 30 mins for a biggie bag like wow the young lady was just standing looking high while burgers constantly come down the line to be packed and not packing the orders .
