    This was horrible service I just got off work and wanted to get something to eat. I stood at the counter and nobody helped me not a how can I help you? Or just one moment we will get with you. I would have understood that but to just stand there and look at me and not take my order I just walked out I can get better service and Im not about to deal with this location again

    Go to any other Wendy's. I've never spent less than 15 minutes in line. Staff always always seems lost.

    Customer service is a difficult topic here, simply because there is none. On two separate occasions I have chosen to park and go inside to order because the drive thru was extremely backed up, literally causing traffic issues. Each time I was YELLED at and told rudely to get out and go through the drive-thru because their inside cash registers don't work. Only one person working in the kitchen while multiple employees are standing by the drive-thru windows and sitting at customer tables playing on cell phones. BAD, VERY BAD location. Normally enjoy Wendy's. Sad 😔
