Mgr. Sabrina gave Me Stupendous Service from Entrance to Exit. Football Saturday in the South with Rain had Drive thru Lane Backed up but Ladi S. Handled it like a Queen. Served 4 Customers took care of Door Dash Couier and Assisted her Crew/understand some were New all in less then 10 mins. Meal was on point Restuarant clean. Know I'll be back. **Much Respect to the WHOLE team working this Evening. Saw Teamwork Smiles and Classic Customer Service.

We sat at the drive thru for almost 15 minutes and they never asked for our order so we drove to the window. Told them my order. And was told to pull forward they would bring it out. We only ordered 2 singles but waited almost 5 minutes before they brought it to us. The burgers were barely warm. I expected them to be hot after waiting that long.

Waited 30 mins for a ten piece nugget and baconator fries which were so soggy more cheese then fries, food wasn’t hot to say I waited so long for it I let the manager donnie know that my soda was not right needed to be changed because the sprite was out which is a easy mistake he went back inside and brought out the exact same things, soda without flavor. This is my second encounter with his horrible attitude and I will be making a corporate complaint as well. I work in customer service so I see that the problem starts with him being a manager. I come here often and the morning shift runs much smoother
