  Cashier was nice and friendly, everything was clean. However, I had $50 in giftcards that the system didn't seem to want to work-- and there's no way I'd go and pay $35 for 2 burgers and fries without one. Checked the balance on the official site and it showed a full balance. The 'systems' in this city don't ever seem to want to work correctly. Again the people were great, but the business mechanism itself is what caused the review.

  Today is my Birthday, my BF order my favorite burger place as a gift and had it dashed to my. She must have told the delivery guy it was my birthday because he wished me a happy birthday while handing me the bags. How thoughtful! She asked that I take pictures because she likes to write reviews. I received a double cheese burger with practically everything on it, Cajun fries and strawberry shake. I was happy until I pulled a string of hair out of my mouth. The hair was untangled in the cheese. How utterly disgusting, I still feel like I have hair in my teeth, my throat. Of course you can't call the store directly. I did get a company number and Trinity took my info then suggested that I call Door Dash, which makes absolutely no sense at all. Door dash didn't make the burger. Some nasty person at this particular location on Broad St. Sumter SC, who chose not to cover their nasty head with a net made that burger did! Please don't try to pass the buck own up to your lack of standards. I LOVED me some five guys....not anymore🤮 The only reason I have not post that disgusting mess is that l couldn't figure out how to pull up my camera roll. I did send the picture to my friend whom I plan to encourage her to post. God, I could throw up!

  Good music maybe a little loud for some, I didn't mind. Food is fresh hot and delicious, you get plenty of fries and burger toppings. The restaurant was clean and the staff was awesome!

  Very good burger and fries to many to eat all and only ordered 1 with two people.

  Everyone was busy doing something, no one just standing around, they also took time to acknowledge you, enjoyed the music that was playing and the place was immaculate, appreciate that they cook the food right in front of you, and the portions were just right, can’t say enough about Five Guys, Good Job 👍
