How can you work with food and not have your hair up. Grown women with kid stickers stuck on their face is that part of the uniform?!..The food, customer service and employee appearance has gotten worse at this establishment...smh

Three workers behind the counter just watched us, no signaling that they were closed temporarily or anything. Drive thru was open, woman at the speaker box was incredibly rude, rushing us through our order and loudly yelling "WHAT ELSE? OKAY?" With serious attitude after every item. This would be almost understandable if there had been a crazy line but there were maybe 2 cars at max in the drive thru.

The guy taking my order was very nice and patient compared to the last few times I went...I dont speak very loud and the last time I went the lady taking orders was rude about it but that's another story for another day. Got to the window today and was told they were out of sourdough, the ladies went above and beyond to offer an alternative and I actually ended up liking it better. I dont usually leave reviews unless the service is really bad but Im really happy with my experience today.
