Ask on occasions if doughnuts are fresh always says yes. Teach staff to be truthful. I know you are running a business. Honesty is the best policy. Staff is always awesome.

Instead of chai they always give me a coffee which I didn’t ask for. It’s not that hard to make and Starbucks does a better job even when they are backed up in a rush. They will most definitely not be seeing me anytime soon until someone trains these employees right.
