This location tends to be more empty than the other one, and there is definitely a reason why. After place my order at the drive-through, I drove up to the window and the person asked me what my order was again. I repeated it. Then he came back to the window and asked me what size was it. I told him a large, and the person made a small accident. So you told me that they had to remake it, I said that is fine. While I was waiting, one of the workers started yelling in the background about, “having to do everything herself”. Which I could see because the person at the window didn’t remake it and waited for her to do so. Once I finally got my drink, I asked them twice. Was it oat milk because the label said milk. The person said yes. Just for me to taste it and it was Milk… I had already driven off so I didn’t want to go back and Make a fuss about it. But they are definitely shortstaffed and disorganized. This is my second time going and they’re being a confusion or something done wrong. The other location across from Toyota isn’t Functioning correctly, I guess I won’t be getting dunkin And will be going to a local coffee shop…
- RLRonique LewisNov 29, 20251.0If I pay for iced coffee and I say light on ice or no ice, I feel like I should get whatever I asked, but instead the lady refused to fix my iced coffee told me that I couldn’t get it made the way I asked and I ordered ice coffee the same way for years and she had a nasty attitude locked the doors cuz I decide to park in front to use the WiFi to do the report I will never order from here again because of this experience
