Delicious food served hot and well prepared! The atmosphere is fun and the building is very well kept! Our table was clean and the overall experience was great! Despite being very busy our server Nikki (hope I spelled it correctly) was very attentive and kind! She made sure we were thoroughly taken care of and had an amazing attitude! Truly, was wonderful!

This is the worst BWW that I’ve ever been to. Arrived on a Friday late afternoon/early evening and the restaurant was less than half full. Half the empty tables weren’t even bussed and the floor is absolutely disgusting while they had 3 servers taking care of the entire restaurant. I asked to sit at a high top and was told I couldn’t by the hostess bc the server ‘wasn’t taking tables’ because of an upcoming party. Mind you there were 8 empty high tops and only 1 was being used.
I waited at my table for awhile and never got a server to come so I ended just ordering to-go. As I wait for my to-go the people waiting at the door keeps piling up and the hostess is no where to be found for the most part.
To top it all off there’s a top 10 college football matchup on and there’s garbage music being played in the background with no audio from any sports games. How is this possible?

Erika at the bar told me my veterans ID was a spouses ID and made me feel so terrible. She caused a scene and the Manager came to correct her and told her my ID was indefinite. She said she is a spouse and she knows what it looks like. I did not serve this country to get treated like that. She ruined my time there for veterans day. I will never go there again and she needs more training before she goes and tell actual veterans that been to war that they are a spouse. I'm not saying spouses did not do their part for the home front but I'm no spouse. I felt so violated and disgusted everyone was looking at me like I didn't deserve to be there for veterans day. My family and I will never go there again. She needs more training and she should never do that again to another veteran. I'm very disappointed in the buffalo wild wings brand to have someone representing the company like that.
After this happened Buffalo wild wings reached out to me in a big way. They really do care about who they have representing them and how their customers are treated. I must say even though that happened to me it was just one employee. They truly are a great team and a great brand. I am applauding the effort and commitment to keep this brand strong. Thank you to the team that reached out to me I really do appreciate it. I changed my rating because it really did touch my heart.

I travel for a living. I can honestly say this is the absolute worst BWW I have ever been in!!! Went in on NFL Sunday. Nov 2, 2025. Sat at a table for 15mins. No one even greeted me, less take my order. Stopped a server. Asked for a game to be put on. No game never saw anyone again.
Gave them another chance on Monday Night Football. Sat at a table. Again no greeting or service. 3 servers walked passed my and didn't say a word. Place was not busy. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
