  4/2/26 Was my first time eating chipotle. By far the worst establishment i’ve ever been in!! Chicken was rubbery and hard i couldn’t even swallow it. Chips stale, Tomato Salsa wasn’t fresh. Burrito was absolutely horrible! As expensive chipotle is you would think you'd have good fresh food but apparently not! $130 Don’t ever waste your money on this establishment!! Never again!

  I don’t usually write reviews for places but this one irked me just the right amount. Ordered hard shell chicken tacos for pickup. Didn’t check till I got back to my hotel but the tacos were soft shell and it looks like someone just tossed a handful of ingredients over all three tacos. One taco had literally no chicken in it, the other two had 3 or 4 pieces at most. Chips were also stale. Maybe just not ordering pickup is the play so you get eyes on your food first, idk

  Horrible management . They never have enough food on specifically night shift. When I go in the morning they always have everything because their General Manager is usually there mornings. But sometimes when I go nights they never have any food, are short staffed , and have people on the line just not knowing what they are doing. Only one consistent worker there is always so kind and sweet. I see her in mornings and nights but mainly night shift. Even my coworkers know of this girl because she is the only one who is ever nice to the customers. She even interacts with my kid while she is waiting on me to make my bowl. Other than her every other employee looks like they hate being there and are only there for the paycheck and do the most minimal amount of work. I barely ever see the same face twice besides the girl I mentioned before. Probably the worst turnover rate ever. Always hiring but never have people at night. To the girl with the black hair and glasses who works at the cash register, you are too good for this job. Customers wish there were more people like you.

  26 march 2026 at 4:40pm I walked in, no one taking care of customers, one of the workers was just standing around near the front of the restaurant, saw me waiting for service for a while before deciding to help. Nearly all the meat was gone. What remained was a sad dry few bits. The young lady that finally decided to help was rude and uninviting. I asked if there was any fresh meat and she said no. I asked how long the remaining meat had been out and said, “I don’t know, I just got here.” No attempt to ask anyone else who might’ve been working in the back. I walked out. I would not recommend anyone eat here. Poor attitude and sad state of food.

  Worst run Chipotle in the country. You really can’t make up how bad this place is. Let me give a few examples of different visits: Just now on Saturday 3/21/2026, I walk in customers are just sitting around the restaurant with no food. No one in line. Drive thru to go pickup line stretched around. I ask a guy if they are waiting for pickup, and he points and says “they are out of rice. They are making it but will be a while”. During my last visit, the employee did not know what a quasadilla was. He literally just give a tortilla. Then argued when my wife notified him that is not a quesadilla. Tables are always filthy. Fountain drinks often flat or out. It’s just so bad it needs to be shut down Edit update: forgot to mention the staff. It’s obvious morale is very very low. High turnover and never see same person more than once. Employees never seem happy to be there.
