The people at the window kept getting the orders wrong and were very nasty and rude. Cashiers were nice. Thousands of dollars i’ve spent at this chic fil a i will not be returning!! Soggy fries chicken was barely done!

She continued to make sure I was taken care of even after my food was received and I was on my way home!Thankyou so much for going above and beyond Natalie! There were also 2 girls at the end of the drive-through that were also just a joy to have! I didn’t get their names, but it was on 3-25-26 around 5pm. All 3 of these young ladies need some recognition for going above and beyond!

Just look at the picture it’ll speak for its self. And one of those old ladies is very nice nasty. 🤮 i’m usually not like this and usually Chick-fil-A is my go to place when I want excellent service but this is not it anymore. Chick-fil-A is really going down. McDonald’s on Broad Street is the new Chick-fil-A!!!! The medium one is my fries. The large one is my daughter’s fries.

The short one was LOUDLY mocking customers speech and as he said “the guy had some zing to him”. Just very unprofessional, especially infront of other customers.
