  Order# 1020001. Ordered take-out lunch. Only 2x celery sticks, no salad dressing. Expired lettuce in the salad. Wings were fine. This promotional lunch deal isn't worth driving to pickup or pay to have delivered.

  Great food & service! Bathrooms need serious attention, just opened restaurant & looked like it was never cleaned or would have given 5 ☆

  April 3rd. Took the family to watch the USC Girls final four game. Got seated and nobody even came to take a drink order for 15 minutes and that only happened cause I went to the bar and got our drinks. Manager came over after that and said a server would be with us directly and that was 10 more minutes. Server came to our table and took the order and never returned. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied with this service. On top of it my wife still tipped the girl $12. That was an entirely different conversation on the ride home. Still charged me full price for horrible experience. Didn’t complain there but will not go back again. I will also make sure anyone I know does the same.

  The place was empty... and yet it took more than 45 minutes to receive our order. To top it, the bartender, Emily, was the most absentee server taking more than 15min to serve a drink, no response when we requested our order, and altogether terrible attitude and service. I LOVE BWWs.... but THIS one needs some work... the new renovation doesn't change the attitude or staff. More than a 20yr customer across at least 8 states, and hands down the worst of the bunch.
