  Ordered food on the app, came to pick it up. After waiting almost 45 minutes and they weren't busy, just a bunch of kids playing around thinking everything is funny. The two burgers we got were raw, my granddaughter's chicken nuggets were so hard I could have broken a window with them. The type of kids that get hired to work on the late shift is ridiculous. I'm not sure if there was an adult there or not. If there was, they were either playing around with them or hiding in the office. I know when I was that age working fast food, we wouldn't have a job if people were waiting that long. We wouldn't have a job if we were disrespectful like these kids now a days. Customers aren't always right, I've never believed that saying, but when customers are treated this way, it

  Don't look at their menu on line for it's never what they have when you arrive , service is extremely slow and the food you went ahead and got wasn't what you ordered but was hungry and ate it anyways after I tried to get them to give me the correct order . Sad part even the managers don't care

  First, the food was very good. Fries were hot and salty. Perfect. However, I sat in line for 15 minutes before getting to the menu to order. There were 3 cars in front of me when I pulled up. When I got to the menu it was another 13 minutes untill someone asked what I wanted. Nothing was said to please wait or anything. I thought they had closed and forgot to turn out the lights. From the time I gave my order till she handed me my bag of food was another 9 minutes. No sorry for the wait, no have a good evening, nothing. No idea what the problem was. Only saving grace was the food was good. Too bad service was so bad.

  Terrible customer service. I wanted breakfast. 30 minutes waiting (one person ahead of me). 15 of those minutes at the speaker waiting to be acknowleged just for them to tell me they don't have anything prepared. Be upfront and honest with customers so they don't waste their time.
