  I wanted to try a different location since my previous one wasn’t great. Placed an online order fairly easy. Drove up the drive-thru and it was ready for me within minutes upon arriving. I actually had to run inside to use the bathroom and it was very clean inside. The jerk chicken wrap was good, spicy and a good combo deal with the smoothie add on.

  The food is always good but the service is terrible at this location! I ordered one açaí bowl online for pickup and arrived a few minutes later and had to wait inside for 0 minutes while one person (a guy) was the only one working the window and the counter, while the other 3 young females were in the back in plane sight on their phones and not even acknowledging that I came in. Then one of the females that was sitting in a chair with her back to me finally stopped looking at her phone and turned around and seen me standing there. Slowly walked over and asked what I needed, I told her I had an online order and she just turned and, walked off and sat back down, rather than helping the poor boy cooking, serving and preparing everything! Ridiculous and the shorts she had on was very inappropriate for work, so short, you could literally see her cheeks. The store was dirty and unpleasant. Get rid of these young kids that do not care about their jobs or your ratings will continue to drop. I’m sure I am not the only one that notices all this and the poor service!

  After visiting this location many times and it normally being good, today was awful. I pulled up to order without any other cars in the drive thru line, ordered immediately and got my smoothie. However the smoothie was completely wrong which is okay, but I had to wait for probably 5 minutes after waving someone down inside to finally come back to the drive thru window to let them know. At this point there was several cars behind me so not sure why no one was at the drive thru window. I told the guy my order was wrong and he just took it from me without saying anything. Again, thats fine. After waiting another 10 minutes (so now I’ve been here 15 minutes) sitting in the front of the drive thru line, watching so many cars leave due to long waiting times. I’m waving through the window, employees are walking by without noticing me. The manager looks at me as I’m waving, rolls her eyes and turns around. I then finally honk my horn and she opens the window. The manager (on duty at 3/14/26 at 11:40am) opens the window and I ask her what is taking so long bc it’s been there for what feels like 20 minutes I’ve been waiting and I let her know so many cars are pulling away and they are loosing business bc of it. She then again rolls her eyes and says “it’s actually only been 15 minutes and you are being very rude” then shuts the drive thru window and has someone else bring out the smoothie finally. I truly couldn’t believe the level of unprofessionalism & lack of hospitality from the manager girl along with the lack of communication and service from the rest of the employees as a paying customer who had plently of patience until I noticed I was being ignored after telling them my order was wrong.

  The smoothies are great! I love adding healthy stuff. Recommend grab n go or have a friend to chat with if you sit. Small place. Bumpin music. :) Small food selection but they really have those ratios nailed down 😊 yum yum Fellow lime fans, get something with the lime juice, they really have it right.
