  All those young kids need to be fired rude loud not paying attention I waited on my order that was done on the counter for 15 mins while the employees sitting down waiting on their food smh

  I had to wait 20 minutes to order since the computers went down. After that I ordered some food and the my supreme tacos had sour cream on the very top of the lettuce instead in the middle with the meat. my steak and nacho fries look like they were made yesterday. they are super soggy and they don't even have the nacho fry seasoning.

  ***REQUEST IMMEDIATE MANAGEMENT AUDIT*** This location requires an immediate overhaul and audit of management. The past 4 experiences at this location have been negative for the following reasons: -Wait times are inaccurate and order hierarchy/prioritization is unsatisfactory. -Food orders are consistently: cold, incorrect, or inedible. -There is ZERO accountability or command and control structure present to hold employees accountable. This location is downright abysmal and I am certainly not the first to have complaints. The expectation is low considering it’s a fast food franchise but honestly, this should be reviewed. Taco Bell needs to perform a comprehensive audit of this location on industry standards and employee conduct. This isn’t a good representation of what Taco Bell stands for. Do better. Vet, train and manage your staff better here.

  This location has really changed. The service and food has declined drastically. I’m currently suffering through food poisoning as a result of eating here and I’m pregnant. Needless to say I don’t recommend eating here.

  Absolutely horrible. We ordered from the app a couple months ago thinking it would be faster WRONG ended up waiting over 30 minutes and still had our oder wrong. Went again decided go through the drive thru thinking it would be faster WRONG AGAIN was told to pull up to wait for 3 meals as we are waiting 3 co workers come outside goofing with gloves on touch their faces and hair no one is inside we just see the workers standing around. After waiting 20 mins got home and they managed to get our order wrong AGAIN. we will never be coming back to this taco bell
