  Apparently you can’t eat inside the restaurant after 8:30?! If that’s the case, then put a sign on the door and post it online! The entire staff was rude and disrespectful! Will not be returning!

  Sweet tea is dated to remove 3/28 at 6pm it’s 3:41 pm on 3/29 and it’s still sitting. Manager is in the back being rude to the new hire about training. Kids are blasting music from the back with profanity and all joking playing while I’m waiting . Front service girl is sitting on a bench on her phone instead of cleaning the seating areas, paper straw rappers everywhere under tables. Honestly never coming back to this location, gross and unprofessional.

  I always place an online order and 50% of the time it’s wrong. One time there was a modification missing on a breakfast sandwich. Another time they were out of a certain bread I asked for a sandwich on so they made it on “the next closest thing” and gave me my order and let me drive off without even telling me. It’s kinda annoying how hit of miss the experiences are here. The least they can do is communicate better so both the customers and their time aren't being wasted.

  This morning I picked up an online order my boss placed the night before. When I arrived, I was told they were out of 3 sesame bagels and asked if I wanted to substitute—everything Asiago or cinnamon raisin. I chose everything Asiago. Before leaving the window, I specifically asked if all 4 cream cheeses were in the bag. The employee looked me in the eye and said yes. I got back to the office to set everything up and realized the order was wrong—we only received 12 bagels instead of 18, and just 3 cream cheeses. I was extremely frustrated. I called the store, requested the missing items, and had to drive all the way back. This was my first and last time coming to this Panera. The lack of attention to detail and basic accuracy was disappointing. I would not recommend this location.

  The food was alright, although they were out of some of the items we had wanted. The bacon Mac n cheese is the Mac n cheese with a piece of broken bacon on top. The soup was alright but with all the hype over Panera soups, it was lacking that wow factor. Both were served in a giant bowl which made the portions seem small. I feel that Panera overall wants to make a massive bottom line out of food that should be fresh and “healthy” and it diminishes the final product. The service was fine and the staff was friendly, but the overall vibe of the dining room is giving hospital cafeteria.
