  Loving the new McDonald’s at Carnes Crossing! Even though my large order was missing an item, the staff was so friendly and professional that it’s hard to be upset. Kudos to the team for the great energy!"

  I had the McChicken deluxe, it was freshly cooked and was very tasty. The kids had cheeseburgers and Mcnuggets both were fresh and hot. And to my surprise there ice cream machine was working, so we got ice cream cones too!

  Sat at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes with no service. Even watched four cars who showed up after me get to the window.

  I will never go to this McDonald's every again. I went into this one tonight and spent $52 on food. I waited almost half an hour for my food. I eventually got my food but got told by one of their rude employees that the manager of this store told them not to make my food. didn't explain why. very unprofessional and don't know how to communicate.

  This place gets nasty every time I come here. Morning shift always have an attitude. What happened to coming to your job making the customers happy and wanting to come back? They surely failed at doing that because I will not be coming back here anymore. The food is terrible and not cooked well they need to go ahead and shut this McDonald’s down because it’s gotten ridiculous. If you want McDonald’s I recommend central avenue they actually have it together unlike this one.
