  This is the second time I place an order at this location and they had no workers. The first time the janitor just made hand signals at the window indicating nobody was there? At least have the decency to speak through the box and state you're short staffed or nobody showed up. I placed an order tonight and the same thing happened. I get told at the box that they are short staffed and are only accepting Doordash/Ubereats orders. At least have the option to close down mobile orders so i don't have to fight a refund. Clearly McDonald's isn't 24 hours anymore and you guys should only be open throughout the day.

  Currently waiting in the drive thru for +20mins and no one has come yet. A whole line of cars behind me. people coming in and out of the dining area!

  Server didn't listen to my order correctly and was rushing my through the line when i was clarifying my order but the person at the hand out window was nice

  Primeramente el servicio del turno tarde es el peor ojalá y el dueño manager o encargado logre ver esta miren la fecha y hora siendo las 7:10 pm no es posible que dos órdenes de delivery demoren 30 minutos en salir cuando tienen mucho personal el día de hoy es 21 de marzo Del 2026 busquen las cámaras y vean como pasean y no atienden ya basta hacer perder el tiempo el de nosotros también vale muchas gracias espero y vean este mensaje por qué eta pésimo el servicio

  Went for breakfast for the first time in years and I won't repeat the mistake anytime soon. No quality or value. Even with a kiosk providing most the services and the limited menu of simple to cook items, I managed to pay $24 dollars for three small breakfast sandwiches and two greasy potatoe cakes. All three sandwiches had bacon, but it was hard to find the bacon on any of them. There was maybe a half a piece of bacon cut into two pieces on each. I could see cutting a full piece in two to fit the small sandwiches, but two quarter pieces. Seriously, and for nearly $6 bucks piece? The two of us could have spent the same amount at any number of sit down restaurants with actual servers, bigger portions, and much better quality. It is a sad state of affairs for how far McDs has fallen over the past several years. Service and quality has never been amazing, but the value is gone too, leaving nothing redeeming about this franchise.
