The main issue is when ordering online, it said, “ready in 5-10 minutes.” From the time I ordered, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my order. If I had known it would have taken that long, I’d have gone elsewhere. But I stayed because of the Sunken cost fallacy. “Maybe it’s almost ready? Or “ If I leave now, it’ll have been a total waste of time.” I know this is a newer location, but the lady on the fry station has got to go. Next time, I’ll go to the Summerville location. Stay away for the time being until their staff training matures.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
