- XXxSniperWolf96Dec 28, 20251.0This was an absolute horrible almost jokey experience, the lady wasn’t paying any attention and took about 3 minutes before we even got acknowledged at the speaker , had to repeat everything twice as if she wasn’t paying attention, and was sitting in the drive through for about 20 mins for just 2 frosty’s and a bowl of chili lol, this location needs to do better, to top it all off they try to run my women’s card twice after waiting 20 said minutes this women comes out and ask us for our card again… nah this Wendy’s is sketchy forever for that.

I didn't answer the call bc I didn't recognize the number but I called her back today. She offered to replace my order at no charge and was very nice about the whole situation. It was like talking to a mother figure in the best of ways. She really cares about her customers and my replacement sandwiches were so hot and fresh I had to wait a bit to eat them lol. If you're ever not satisfied with what you get, management will definitely step up and take good care of you

I have a heavy accent so i had to repeat the order FOUR times and whatever woman was working asked if i wanted a pomegranate salad WHICH ISN'T EVEN ON THE MENU. she then said i can get out of line when i gave her the same nasty energy she gave me and she proceeded to ignore me and a line full of customers for over an hour!!!! she cussed me out and threatened to call the cops!!! will be calling corporate
