I don't think they have a night manager and if they do the manager doesn't care. I had to have my order remade 3 times one night and then tonight they didn't make it correct and was playing all over the food. I won't be back at night anymore this is the last time. They really need to do better. When I worked at wendys they didn't let you do all that playing and being disrespectful to people and there orders. It's sad we don't have good service anymore.

Despite only two cars ahead of me and minimal guests in the building, it took over 20 minutes to receive my food, with half of that time being at the window. Fries weren't fresh, no straw in the bag, wrong drink, and customer service with less personality than granite. Can't recommend coming to this location for any reason, as the food isn't fast and it isn't satisfying either.
- DDDeathbane87Nov 15, 20251.0Horrible experience, I will only come back to see how it is again and rate them q star again if I have to wait 30 minutes for my to go order while they focus ONLY ON MOBILE ORDERS I managed a wendys in Tennessee, this is not how business is supposed to be done, guests in the lobby and drive thru are a priority number 1, my burgers were old and stale I spent 40 dollars worst wendys I've been to in a very long time, my wife got a salad and the croutons were just a fine powder in the bottom of the bag this is horrible the fries were older than 30 minutes cause we were in there that long and I watched them not stir them result them or even make new ones and throw out the old ones. This is very bad and I will be letting my wife make a rating on this place also if this is not corrected.
