The employees were all very kind and helpful. The one thing that needs to be corrected here are the hours of operation for this business. They are not open 24 hours. I went in on a Sunday morning around 7:30 am and they were just opening up and getting started. They do not have a third shift at this location so they definitely need to fix the hours.

This used to be my favorite Wendy's but after the ignorance I dealt with tonight don't worry I won't be back. I understand if you don't want to take orders for the drive-thru which was open for people to drive-thru but you can't hand out mobile orders? But yet when I have to park after my long day of working in downtown Charleston, but when I walk out its I know sooo funny the workers you have standing around hanging out the drive-thru window laughing and talking to another worker standing outside in the parking lot just chit chatting it up. I'm so glad yall thought to make sure I seen you after I voiced I couldn't understand why you couldn't hand out mobile drive-thru order out the window! Several employees standing around and you can't hand out mobile orders 🤔 but you can make sure you have workers hanging out the drive-thru window to chit chat 🤣 Also I know how a Jr bacon cheeseburger is made! Been eating them for years! Pretty sure its more than just a stale pc of burger and cheese n bacon but thats probably my doing because I didn't understand why I couldn't get my drive-thru mobile order just handed to me out the window!

I’ve never ever experienced such bad customer service in my life. We attempt to place an order in the drive through (which is rarely open). After waiting for several minutes a woman finally came across the intercom with a very annoyed tone. We placed our order and were met with her literally SCREAMING asking what we want to drink. We attempted multiple times to answer her but couldn’t get a word in over her cutting us off screaming. We stated there was no reason to yell and were told to “have a good night.” She refused to even take our order. We drove away completely dumbfounded. We have no clue what set her off or why we deserve to be spoken to like that. I will absolutely NEVER return to this Wendy’s and I’m making sure everyone I know does the same. Jedburg Wendy’s… you need better employees. That encounter was horrendous.

No drive thru open but 4 people is workin inside, manager needs to run her drive thru instead of bossing people around, I heard her told an employee she gets off at 3 and 4 people was coming in, so you couldnt run your drive thru and prepare food till 3? At McDonald's the managers was doin both prepare food and run drive thru...even i did both before when I worked at McDonald's, so much comments on the drive thru not being open but the owner or HR dont seem to do anything about this situation because this been goin on for years looking back at reviews... order took too long so hopefully I get my money back after I canceled it, ALMOST ALWAYS NO DRIVE THRU , THATS FOR QUICK PICK UP FAST , SOME PEOPLE DONT GOT TIME TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR THEY FOOD THATS WHY DRIVE THRU IS USED!! NO SIGN UP THIS TIME TO LET PEOPLE KNOW IT WAS NO DRIVE THRU SO AFTER 2 CARS AHEAD OF ME SAT THERE FOR 5 MINUTES THEY WENT INSIDE...
