    This will be my last visit to this location. There has consistently been something off every time I’ve come here—hard rice that’s clearly been sitting out too long, a beef and bean burrito that was completely filled with just caso and inedible—but tonight was the final straw. I placed an online order around 4:30 PM and selected a pickup time of 5:15 PM. I received the confirmation text through the app, arrived on time, and was then left waiting—for 45 minutes. During that time, I watched at least nine customers who arrived after me receive their food while I was ignored. I eventually had to get someone’s attention just to ask about my order. When I was finally handed my food, it was cold and had clearly been sitting by the drive-through window the entire time. At that point, after the excessive wait, lack of basic communication, and obvious food quality issues, I left without my food or a refund. This appears to be an ongoing operational problem, not an isolated incident. I will not be returning to this location.

    Wish I had checked the reviews first. Friendly staff but my order was completely messed up. Even after they corrected it I had to go back up there again. I think ill just drive further to the next one because this was annoying. Then I get home and realized I was missing a third item..its either poor management, training or a combination of both. Avoid if possible

    Taco Bell has gotten worse! The food sucks & the service matches!! This is a picture of a hard taco. WHY is the WHOLE bottom off the taco??? I had to eat it like a sandwich. This is not the only time. This is EVERY time. One taco with Pico is $2.50. I normally get 2 but would prefer to eat them like tacos, not sandwiches with everything falling out!!

    You steal peoples money. I put my order in as mobile pick up and because you don’t monitor the front it was stolen. When we came in (and we had just ordered the food 15 minutes prior) you lied and said you called out names and none came to get it (It was a mobile order) then you apologized not to me but your worker for having to remake it and the manager looked at me and yelled at me “Someone already took it.” The employees argued amongst each other about having to remake it. After sitting 20 minutes waiting on it to be remade I got up and left as they had forgotten. None said “I’m sorry for the inconvenience let me remake it for you.” I requested a refund but was never given it. You owe me 15.00 and learn to watch the front of your store or, keep the orders where thieves can’t get it. I refuse to pay someone’s pay for an hour and not get my food. You lack customer service or just simple respect of people. What you are doing is not rocket science. You just have to go through with the order and treat people with respect.

    I have gave these guys multiple times to get our food right and today we ordered Door Dash and got the worst looking food I ever seen but it also was not our food it was someone else’s food but they didn’t miss out I promise and we trashed it and ordered from Chick-fil-A and they never get it wrong. I’ll talk this up to poor management because I manage a restaurant and I check every DoorDash and Uber order that goes out the door to make sure it is correct and doesn’t look like it’s been sitting for two weeks.You have a great customer
