    Pretty sure they keep 3 people on shift max and waits are extremely long. It took 30 minutes to receive our food.

    Staff is always rude, everything is dirty, and they have literally never gotten my order right every time I eat or order from there, overall horrible resteraunt, only eat there because it is convenient.

    this location never has it together, not fast food at all. Baja blast never in stock, it’s a terrible customer service. every single time that i come to this location it is terrible. I’ve given it many tries and at this point they need to shut it down & put a different fast food chain in because all in all they are losing business with the only one way to get in too. Terrible Terrible Terrible service

    I put in an order for food and after 30+ minutes of waiting, I still had not received it. 15 minutes into waiting, I went up to the counter and me along with one or two other people stood at the counter with nobody acknowledging us the entire time. I eventually had to call for the lady standing at the drive-through window and I asked for a refund because I’ve been waiting for so long and still haven’t not gotten my food, and that proceeded to take about another 5 to 10 minutes.
