Then they do t answer the phone when the call center transfer you to the store to talk to a manager. Nor do they call back like the call center agent said they would after my ticket was submitted. Why is there even a call center. When customers have issues we want to speak directly to the employees who made the food, not some foreigner that’s not even in the same city. I will be bringing this shitty pizza back in person since y’all can’t run your business properly.
