So we said we would just come and pick it up. They gave us back our delivery fee of $5 and our pizza is cold from sitting there that long. They offered to remake it but it would be 30 minutes uh NO! We won’t be ordering from them again and my husband is going to call the Mgr tomorrow to talk to him about their service.

Then, I ended up getting a call at 12:40 that they decided to stop taking orders early tonight so they could get an early start on cleaning... Beyond ridiculous.

At 9:15 I called and was told it would be another 30 minutes. At 9:45 I called and they said that it would be another hour. Absolutely atrocious timeline. It's not hard to toss pre-made pizza dough throw cheese and toppings on it put it in the oven and get it out the door..... but they are incapable of doing it.

I'm overly dissatisfied I demand a full refund and next time it'll be pizza hut
