Stopped by Five Guys for a quick bite, and it was a really solid experience. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and they got my order out faster than I expected considering how busy they were. You can always count on them for a fresh, hot burger, and this visit was no different — everything tasted made‑to‑order, not like it had been sitting around. The fries were great as usual, and I appreciate that they still give you that extra scoop in the bag. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is the price — the food is good, but it definitely adds up quicker than you’d think for a casual burger stop.

Place was a mess, peanut shells everywhere, soda and tea area was filthy. Ordered plain bacon cheeseburger and they forgot my bacon. Inside was a little pink. Definitely a disappointment

Well, where do I start? Ordered 2 burgers and one with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun (mine). Ordered it “all the way” with a few additional toppings. Service was fine and came out quick. Pulled my burger out and it felt light. Didn’t really think much of it since I hadn’t eaten all day and was starving. After eating about half of it, my grandmother mentioned how she didn’t see any grilled onions on it. As I looked at it closer I realized there weren’t any of the “all the way” toppings. She told me to mention it to the employee sweeping nearby but I’m not usually someone who complains and since I had already eaten it I brushed it aside. He just so happen to ask how everything was and I mentioned the issue. He said he’d talk with his manager about it and came back shortly after to say that since I had already eaten nearly all of it they couldn’t do anything. Once again, my fault and it was the answer I was expecting anyway. So no foul on their part. After about 15 min another employee came by, apologized and offered me a small gift card to make up for it. A+ and awesome of him to do so. Now this should be a 5 star review. However within 4 to 5 hrs I suffered extreme food poisoning. I thought it was norovirus or the flu since it’s going around but my doctor confirmed that it was indeed food poisoning based on all my symptoms, eating schedule and how long it happened after eating here. So yeah. I can give credit where credit is due and the employees were nice enough to apologize for messing up my burger but it didn’t take away the fact that I just had the worst 36hrs of my life with constant #2, puking and a small fever. Maybe it was the lettuce, poor hygiene, or bad food prep. I don’t honestly know but the doc said food poisoning takes 2-6 hrs to hit and this was the only thing I ate all day.
