Ordering was easy with the kiosk right when you walk in, and they also take orders at the counter if you’d rather do it that way. The staff was friendly and moved pretty quickly, and our food came out fresh and hot without a long wait. You can actually see everything being made, which is always a plus. The burgers were fresh and exactly what we were hoping for. The parking lot is spacious and easy to get in and out of too. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish. Definitely a 10/10 and we’ll be back.

We have tried twice now and fries aren't hot, smaller amount, and didn't get cajan even when my husband went in after they forgot our cajan fries I just got over salted regular fries. The Fries are our main reason for going and we have been disappointed.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?
Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.
Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
