  I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had during my visit to your location tonight at approximately 9:15 PM. I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger and received my burger without cheese. I had already cut the burger in half before realizing the mistake. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, instead of taking the burger to the back to correct the order, he brought a slice of cheese to the front counter and attempted to place it on the burger there. I asked him to please take it to the back to fix it properly. He appeared visibly upset and had an attitude during the interaction. Although he eventually put the cheese on the burger, he did not cut it again, and his only explanation was that he was “in a rush.” I understand that mistakes can happen, especially during busy hours, but the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and dismissive. As a paying customer, I expected the issue to be corrected properly and respectfully. I hope this matter is addressed so future customers do not have a similar experience.

  I came in for the second time last night, 2/24/26 around 9pm and I have to say, I'm very satisfied! :) I enjoy being able to come in put in my order in the kiosk. I can only imagine how many UberEats and DoorDash orders this location gets. The atmosphere is great to wait inside in, I've been greeted every time, always clean, and, the burgers have been hitting the spot! Not greasy, perfectly juicy. The fries are BOMB, I feel like that makes or breaks burger. The fries MUST complement! Last nights crew in specific deserves extra pay or an extra day off. Which ever is most expensive. XD

  From the peanuts while you wait to the juicy burger, and salty yummy fries!! We enjoyed our meal and will be back!!

  Love the new location great food and people I can say that I got two large drinks and when I went to ask for big lids the lady said they had no more and that I had to get a medium drink after I already had my large drinks full I also had to tell her to change it on my order because I wasn’t paying for large if you’re telling me I now have to get a medium

  Stopped by Five Guys for a quick bite, and it was a really solid experience. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and they got my order out faster than I expected considering how busy they were. You can always count on them for a fresh, hot burger, and this visit was no different — everything tasted made‑to‑order, not like it had been sitting around. The fries were great as usual, and I appreciate that they still give you that extra scoop in the bag. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is the price — the food is good, but it definitely adds up quicker than you’d think for a casual burger stop.
