  I love Dutch Bros and am so happy that this location is fantastic with their service. The coffee is so delicious every time. There is always a line, but it goes by quickly and the people that work there really make up for the time spent waiting with their friendly and helpful attitudes. The workers at this location are very attentive and care about the customers!!! Always a pleasure to swing by here!!!

  Dutch has gained it's popularity due to great coffee and more with employees that generally seem happy to be there. If you haven't been yet you should go check it out. The line that is always there isn't always welcome, but shows the great drinks aren't a secret anymore!

  DO NOT RECOMMEND: I've been coming here a lot since they opened. I won't say there drinks are anything special but they are good sometimes. Today i've decided I will not be returning again and here's why. They have a left lane and a right lane that merge before you get to the window. Normally one person from the left lane would go and then one person from the right lane would go although sometimes I've noticed that they let people who get there after others merge first which isn't fair in my opinion. Today when I went the person in front of me was letting everyone in the other lane go. Mind you when I got there , there was only a couple people in line. Since the person in front of me was letting everyone go I was waiting for 35 minutes. Once they let 4 people go ahead of them I honked because I was gonna be late for work and this was taking ridiculously long. After I honked they proceeded to open their door and roll their window down threatening me. Then a barista came out and told them I was wrong for that and they were in the right. They were so nice to them and had nothing but attitude towards me. Are you kidding me? Apparently they made them wait and hold up the right lane because they had an issue ordering. this place needs serious help when it comes to organizing the line and maintaining fast service. They easily could've helped them at the window or made them pull over to the side instead they made everyone in the right lane wait for almost an hour. DO BETTER.

  First off, I should mention I’m from Phoenix, and was often found getting my morning coffee at the many Dutch bros littering the valley. So I have an expectation of how a Dutch bros operates. With that being said, I have never in my life experienced such SLOW service. I’ve been here on two separate occasions and have waited for over 30 minutes to receive my drink. The line started at the back, so I expected to wait a bit. Maybe 10-15 minutes. But double that?! Come on yall. Like I said, maybe my experience with a store that has been open for awhile, like the ones in Phoenix, is tainting my experience. But this is just insane 😂

  The vibes and the friendly employees make it so awesome. I love the dutch freezes and most employees know me. Awesome group of people running the show, even now after the openers have left. Sometimes its a little hectic but that is anywhere here in the lowcountry.
