Once I pay, all of a sudden, everyone is gone. I stood for about 5 mins and took a peak in the back and saw someone on their phone. The DT employee finally sees my order and comes to get it for me. I said, “they all abandoned you.” He said, “nah, they’re all back there on their phones.” Absolutely ridiculous.

After they brought my wife's over, they informed me that mine was still on the truck. I could barely understand what the server said. She mumbled "you want your money back" I felt i was left without a choice so I said yes. She acted irritable and said she had to get the manager. The manager was even more of a peach. She came to the counter, rolled her eyes and asked if I wanted my money back. I asked if I could get a different sandwich. She said " What do you want" I found another sandwich which was about a dollar less. She yelled back to the back " He wants a crossoint " and started walking away. I asked is there a price difference? She rolled her eyes again and said " It's like 40 cents. Do you want your 40 cents? I don't care about the money but what a way to treat customers. I believe the managers name was Dana. Cane Bay Dunkin is Excellent for anyone looking for a coffee and a donut but do not go to the Carnes Crossroads location!
