When at the window we weren't greeted and thrown our food( which wasn't ours). I went inside to tell them and they then take the food and give it to someone waiting outside and throw my bag at me. My whole order wasn't in the bag. I then said the egg and cheese English muffin is fine without bread since they didn't have any. I was given a cold slice of cheese and side of egg thrown in a box. I am a Dunkin customer always at the Knightsville location and trying the Summerville location for the first time no wonder they have a horrible rating.
