  Stopped by this Dunkin’ Donuts in the morning hoping for a quick breakfast, but it ended up being a pretty frustrating visit. The line wasn’t even that long, yet the service moved really slow, and I waited much longer than expected just to get a simple order. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it. The biscuit on my sandwich was hard and dry, like it had been sitting around for a while instead of being fresh. It made the whole sandwich tough to eat and not very enjoyable. On the plus side, the staff were polite, but the slow pace and disappointing food quality made this visit a letdown. I’d probably give it another try at a different time, but this experience definitely missed the mark.

  I agree with the majority of the reviews here. Customer service is not great. Only one girl is sweet and nice. But yes, there is a guy that really doesn't care at all! I get they're kids but learn customer service if you're going to work We are new to the area, and when I ordered, I checked the map and everything and it was showing this location. So im not sure how my order went to another location instead. That was a human error on my part for not double checking. So when I went through the drive thru to pick up, they acted like I was the dumbest person ever. I heard a guy laughing in the background going "thats not us thats but us!" At least they had enough curtesy to tell me where it went. But continued to laugh afterwards. This location is much closer to me, but seeing as this is a common occurrence to many, the managers and owners aren't going to do anything about it so I'd rather drive a little further.

  Rude girl working the drive thru. My husband and I just left without getting anything. We went there for a dunkin wrap. She told us they were out. So we asked for a minute so we could we could look at the menu. A few seconds went by she asked impatiently saying “are you ready?” We said one moment. We could hear her on her speaker saying “omg” then she goes are you ready? My husband said, “if we were ready don’t you think we would’ve told you” “She goes have a nice day. Leave.” We left didnt get her name, since we had some where to be. She was a blonde girl with pinkish dye in her hair.

  Typically in the past, the customer service has been excellent not sure if this is a “new hire” but the lady working in the drive-through today was very unfriendly not welcoming complaining about customers to other employees while I’m sitting in the drive-through. very unprofessional!
