I assumed that any new business would be in excellent condition, and while I expect some decline after a few years, this place, which had only been open for a couple of weeks, felt like a worn-out building with disgruntled employees and served food that tasted expired. The leadership at this location has failed to properly train, hire, and manage staff.

The food was cold, even the meat. 2 hours later I was in pain with stomach issues. Ended up at the Dr, i had food poisoning. Not going there again.

The two in Summerville are absolutely horrible and I will likely not eat here again. Trash everywhere, mass amount of food on the floor, trash cans overflowing inside and out. The staff was awful and were not really interested in helping us with our food. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Good luck to you if you choose to eat here.
- CMcory mccomberOct 14, 20251.0I can understand being a bit behind and it’d be one thing if there wasn’t anything on hand. but for an establishment such as this to be out of items because they were not made in a time is a bit disappointing especially being that this is a new location. Not only were they out of many items the service at checkout was deplorable. I get having bad day or whatever the excuse is but in a customer service position especially one that handles money and act like that is absolutely unacceptable. Tossing items in the bag and giving an attitude is not how you treat a customer after the experience is already not great from the lack of products. I would not recommend bothering with this location. Also the chip bags hardly had anything in them and they were stale.
