I continue try to give chipotle a chance but it’s just not worth the cost at this point. Qdoba is so much better flavor wise for this style of line order “Mexican” food. Too bad there is not one in the area.

Employee had a debate with me stating my chicken 3 pointer wasn't 3 items so I should be charged as a burrito. Chicken is a protein (2pts) and cheese is 1 point. I wouldn't mind explaining that but the snarky remark under his breath was not needed. More education on menu items needed please. This has happened a few times at this location.

The worst chipotle I've been to. The food was cold, the rice was undercooked and the chips & tortillas were stale. The restaurant was dirty, the floors needed sweeping, the tables were dirty as well. This location is poorly managed. I had the same experience before when I went there months ago. It's not worth coming back here!

Unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any chipotle. I came with my husband it was around 9:30 on a Saturday night. The one person on the line (Who said her name was Lisa) seemed to be stressed and a bit upset. She asked another younger girl to come help her on the line. The girl came to help and was making my husbands bowl when Lisa told her “that’s all the chicken we have left, once that’s gone there’s no more chicken” in a really aggressive tone. The girl in mid scoop said “do you want me to give him a half portion?” This is where I said “that’s not a regular chicken bowl. I don’t believe a paying customer should be short changed because yall are running out of chicken” she proceeds to get loud and irate saying “well I don’t know what you want me to do” I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or the worker at that point. I told her that if they run out the they run out. Telling someone to limit the customers food is very poor business and her demeanor was very unprofessional. At that point I decided not to go back and forth with her and just asked for her name. It was a very poor experience due to the attitude of that worker, her initial response to the other worker was also off putting and sort of “bullying” another empolyee. If she is a team lead, manager, or any type of leader that’s not how one leads or gives direction. I say if you can’t work professionally under pressure on a Saturday night at 9:40pm then reconsider your job. Service makes or breaks any company.
