  Every time I order from this location for pick up they get the order wrong and will not correct it. The staff are rude, disrespectful, and dismissive - even when you are showing them a receipt proving they made it wrong. 0/10 do not recommend.

  Placed a Mobil rider and had to wait and extra 35 min while the filled other orders. Don’t order online here just order in person if you ever want to get your damn food.

  2-27-26. I was greeted by a women yelling across the store that her system was done. And she was only accepting online orders. I sat and place my online order. For the prices and small amount of food received. My rice was hard. Chipotle you need to do better with food quality and customer service.

  This is one of the top three worst restaurant experiences I have ever had in my life. I think it is an embarrassment to Chipotle and I think it reflects poorly on the brand. We placed a delivery order only to have half of the food missing the food that was delivered was cold and had hair in it. My wife and I drove Back to the restaurant to try and get help and to get the remainder of the food. When we arrived, we found out that they were out of chips. They were out of chicken. They were out of guacamole, just about everything there was food like lettuce and chicken, littered all over the floor with a bunch of employees standing around the employees were rude and disrespectful, and the manager on staff acted incompetent and was not even remotely helpful with anything, he walked up to me like a deer and headlights look with his hands in his pockets and told me I could not get a refund for even the chip so they did not have to provide us for our order nor a gift card or any other creative way to help. He offered absolutely nothing and clearly the store was poorly managed because it was incredibly dirty. They were out of everything and the manager could not provide any help whatsoever. I would never recommend this Restaurant to a friend or family member I would in fact I would be embarrassed to have a friend or family member eat at this restaurant.

  Wouldn't recommend this location at all. Came at 9:20ish and they close at 11... looked a hot mess. Looked at me crazy when I came in to order food! Told me up front they're out of many things... white rice, CHEESE, other things... so cheese is very important to a burrito bowl (for me) so I asked if I could have queso in place of the cheese. Had to have a manager to come tell me they would still upcharge me... ??? There are like 5 employees there, not ONE customer and I asked calmly "You'd rather no sale instead of giving queso in place of shredded cheese because YOUR inventory is out? And no cilantro lime white rice. Disappointing because I've been seeing the Al Pastor commercials but it looked questionable inside anyway. Been to Chipotles all over the country, never seen it like this! Would say it was an off day but looking at the other reviews maybe not...
