As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Nasty, nasty, nasty!!! Left with no food! The cashier or what ever you want to call him looked like a dirty homeless man! The inside of the restaurant was gross! He was literally sliding on the floor. Chose not to get food out of pure disgust & fear. What happened to this place? It used to be awesome!

It's obvious this owner just does not care about how this place is run. If you read through these reviews, you will see. Always saying how they strive for good food and service, but nothing ever changes. Place is filthy and run down looking too.

You order your food in 1 lane then they have you drive around the building to wait in line to just receive your food. Then you gwt your food it is sloppy and cold ful of grease and thats if you receive your entire order. Had ro make another trip back just to get ignored and told to drive around the building to wait in line again just to get the rest of your order. What happened here. This place use to be fast and friendly. Now you wait up to 20 minutes for your order, get attitudes and disrespect from the employees. Its jot worth the time or money to go here

Rude cashier who works at night, with a purse on her shoulder, red hair, no gloves, and nasty attitude. This young lady is so rude and never wears gloves but handles food. Manager is no help at night she said her cashier is not required to wear gloves but she's handling food and walking around with a purse on the whole shift. I saw cashier outside when I was at drive thur coming out bathroom and when I pulled around she was handling the money and my food with no gloves gross, when spoke to manager she could careless. I love the day shift crew but the manager and young lady at night needs more training when dealing with customer service and handling food.

Girl at the window was rude as hell wouldn’t change our drinks because she didn’t verify it was right, because the machine didn’t ring it up right. lied to our face about having funnel cake fries and switched it out with a apple pie without asking, just for us to watch the other worker cook funnel cake fries. Business not bad but that worker definitely needs to be fired.
